Shopping:
1. The maximum order processing time is up to 4 weeks and this applies to products with availability "made to order".
2. Placing an order at a Rebel Madness on-line shop is possible without prior registration. However, to benefit fully from all on-line shop functions, which client can be entitled to, prior registration is necessary.
3. After purchase, client will receive an e-mail confirming order placement. E-mail will also contain information about payment and shipment.
4. Order which was placed but not yet realized can be changed by the client for example in order to select different size or model.
To do so, please send us an e-mail informing about this with a note "change of order" in the title at our e-mail address: rm@rebelmadness.pl
In such e-mail client is asked for a precise specification about order modification.
5. Everyone, who placed an order via on-line shop has the right to cancel it.

For shipping to Poland:
- DPD courier - 19.00 PLN
- InPost Paczkomaty 24/7 - 18.00 PLN
For international shipping:
- Shipping to Europe and worldwide shipping by Polish Post and DPD courier.
The shipping cost to all other countries is set out by the shop's system and it's available to see during order placement process.
Returns:
Returns are accepted only within the European Union. We do not accept returns from outside the European Union.
The following policies listed below apply only to customers from EU.
1. Consumers who purchased any product via Rebel Madness on-line shop are entitled to return it within 14 days from the date of product delivery without giving a reason.
2. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the Customer’s individual specifications, including custom-made or personalized items, in particular products modified at the Customer’s request.
Products made after placing an order but based on the store’s standard offer (without individual modifications), including standard sizes, are not considered personalized and are eligible for return in accordance with applicable law.
3. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract, the Consumer may submit a statement of withdrawal in electronic form, in particular by sending an e-mail to: rm@rebelmadness.pl
The statement of withdrawal may also be submitted using the functionalities available on the website of the online store.
For the purpose of facilitating the process, it is recommended to include the following information in the withdrawal statement:
– full name,
– order number,
– a clear statement of withdrawal from the contract.
The use of the above form is not mandatory, and the Consumer may submit a statement of withdrawal in any form that clearly expresses their intention to withdraw from the contract.
Information on how to exercise the right of withdrawal is also available on the website of the store in the down section dedicated to returns.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are accepted only within Schengen Area (EU). We do not accept returns from outside the European Union.
The following policies listed below apply only to customers from EU.
1. We accept an exchange of products in order to select different size or model.
2. Exchange possibility will be accepted only within 10 days from the date of receiving a product by a client.
3. Exchange will be possible only if given product has no signs of usage that exceeds boundaries of the ordinary management of thing.
4. Before returning a product for an exchange please send us an e-mail informing about this with a note "exchange" in the title at our e-mail address: rm@rebelmadness.pl
In such e-mail client is required to describe which product is returned and which product is going to be a replacement, including its size. Such procedure will make whole process easier and faster, allowing for the effective exchange.
5. Costs of shipment connected to exchange of the product and renewed shipment is to be covered by the buyer. To do so, please make a payment for proper amount of money to our bank account or via PayPal system.
6. In case of lack of product or size intended to be a subject of the exchange, within 7 days we will return payment by money transfer to a bank account or PayPal indicated by the client.
Complaints:
1. According to the statute about special conditions of consumer sale and to a change of Civil Code, each consumer being a client of Rebel Madness on-line shop has a right to complain about purchased good.
2. Complaint period for products bought via web store is equal to 2 years.
Client has a right to put in a complaint within 2 years from the date of purchase in case of assertion of factory defect resulted as a store fault or from mechanical damage arisen during shipment.
3. Before returning the product in case of complaint please send us an e-mail informing about this with a note "complaint" in the title at our e-mail address: rm@rebelmadness.pl
In such e-mail client is required to describe which product is put in a complaint and what is a cause of complaint.
4. Complaints will be considered within 7 days from the date of receiving a package containing product.
5. In case of complaint recognition, damaged product will be for free fixed or exchanged to a new one, if occurred defect is impossible to be fixed.
6. In case of lack of possibilities to apply any of two above solutions, client who put in a complaint has a right for a financial compensation in the form of return of money. Such money transfer will be done to the client?s bank account or PayPal within 7 days from complaint recognition by us.
