PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS

"Black Friday"

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

  1. Organizer – Rebel Vision sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Łódź (91-212), ul. Wersalska 47/75, entered into the National Court Register under KRS number 0000940743, Tax ID (NIP): 9472016208, being the organizer of the “Black Friday” Promotion.
  2. Promotion – a promotional campaign under the name “Black Friday”, conducted by the Organizer for the period specified in these Terms & Conditions, consisting of granting a discount in accordance with the rules set out in §3 of the Terms & Conditions.

 

GENERAL PROVISIONS

§ 1

[Organizer]

  1. The organizer of the “Black Friday” promotion, hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion”, is Rebel Vision sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Łódź (91-212), ul. Wersalska 47/75, entered into the National Court Register under KRS number 0000940743, Tax ID (NIP): 9472016208, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”.

§ 2

[Scope of the Promotion]

  1. The Promotion applies to purchases in which the customer buys at least two products.
  2. The Promotion is applied automatically in the shopping cart once products meeting the criteria specified in these Terms & Conditions are added.
  3. The Promotion applies exclusively to purchases made in the online store at https://www.corsets.rebelmadness.pl/ until 30 November 2025.
  4. The Organizer reserves the right to extend the duration of the Promotion.

§ 3

[Rules of the “Black Friday” Promotion]

  1. Under the Promotion, the discount is applied to a pair of products or a group of three or four products in the cart as described below:
    • When purchasing one product – no discount.
    • When purchasing two products – a discount of 40% is applied to the cheaper product in the cart.
    • When purchasing three products – a 60% discount is applied to the cheapest of the three.
    • When purchasing four products – an 80% discount is applied to the fourth cheapest product.
  1. Combining Discounts:
    • The “Black Friday” Promotion cannot be combined with other promotional campaigns.

§ 4

[Product Returns and Complaints]

  1. The customer has the right to return only non-defective products within 14 days from the day they came into possession of the purchased goods.
  2. If the customer withdraws from the distance sales contract solely in regard to the cheapest Promotional Product (i.e., the Promotional Product purchased under the Promotion whose price was reduced by the discount), the customer will receive a refund of the price of that Promotional Product, taking into account the applied promotional discount.
  3. Since the promotional discount applies only when a specific number of Promotional Products is purchased within a single order, in the event of withdrawal from the distance sales contract concerning those products, the customer is required to return all Promotional Products purchased within the same transaction. Only if the return concerns solely the cheapest Promotional Product purchased with the discount, the customer may return only that Promotional Product and is not required to return the remaining Promotional Products.
  4. In the case of returning a single Promotional Product, the refund will be reduced by the amount of the discount the customer received by purchasing it as part of a set with other Promotional Products. The total discount for the entire order will be adjusted in accordance with the promotion conditions.
  5. The customer has the right to file a complaint if a physical or legal defect of the product is found, in accordance with applicable provisions of the Civil Code regarding statutory warranty for defects and, if applicable, guarantee provisions.

 

FINAL PROVISIONS

§ 5

[Amendments to the Terms & Conditions]

The Organizer, Rebel Vision sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Łódź (91-212), ul. Wersalska 47/75, reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

§ 6

[Right to Final Interpretation]

In the event of any doubts concerning the application of these Terms & Conditions, the Organizer reserves the right to provide the final interpretation of its provisions. In case of any doubts regarding the use of the Terms & Conditions, the purchaser may at any time request the Organizer to provide an appropriate interpretation.
