Exchanges are accepted only within Schengen Area (EU). We do not accept returns from outside the European Union.
The following policies listed below apply only to customers from EU.
1. We accept an exchange of products in order to select different size or model.
2. Exchange will be accepted only within 14 days from the date of receiving a product by a client.
3. Exchange will be possible only if given product has no signs of usage that exceeds boundaries of the ordinary management of thing.
4. Before returning a product for an exchange please send us an e-mail informing about this with a note "exchange" in the title at our e-mail address: email@example.com
In such e-mail client is required to describe which product is returned and which product is going to be a replacement, including its size. Such procedure will make whole process easier and faster, allowing for the effective exchange.
5. Costs of shipment connected to exchange of the product and renewed shipment is to be covered by the buyer. To do so, please make a payment for proper amount of money to our bank account or via PayPal system.
6. In case of lack of product or size intended to be a subject of the exchange, within 7 days we will return payment by money transfer to a bank account or PayPal indicated by the client.
