Returns

Returns are accepted only within European Union. We do not accept returns from outside the European Union.
The following policies listed below apply only to customers from EU.

You have 14 days from the moment you receive your order to withdraw from the contract.

Refund:
The refund will be issued within 14 days from the moment we receive your withdrawal statement.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned product or proof of its shipment.

Important:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the Customer’s individual specifications, including custom-made or personalized items, in particular products modified at the Customer’s request.
Products made after placing an order but based on the store’s standard offer (without individual modifications), including standard sizes, are not considered personalized and are eligible for return in accordance with applicable law.
